We have heard of some people having problems with our software for the Tyros range, especially if the software involves new STYLES connected to new REGISTRATIONS. They seem to “lose” the connection so that when proceeding through the registration, the correct style is missing or the variation doesn't change. Here's some possible solutions:
- Ensure you've read the instructions. If the registrations are meant to be read directly off the disk or USB stick, do NOT copy them over to the User area or Hard Drive and expect them to work from there.
- Do NOT create your own folders to put registrations in as this will lose the connections.
- If you're reading from a USB stick (from the front USB socket), ensure there's nothing plugged in the BACK USB sockt on the Tyros 2 or 3.
- Finally, if the registrations appear as a list down the centre of the screen, press the VIEW button below the screen to change it so that you have a list of 5 banks down the left and 5 down the right hand side of the screen.
